Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (may vary by location).

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Partial COD – Partial Payment Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable partial payment of ₹199 is required at the time of placing the order.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Important COD Terms:

COD orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped.

If the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or provides an incorrect address, the ₹199 partial payment will not be refunded.

In such cases, forward and return shipping charges may be recovered from the customer.

Partial payment is collected to confirm genuine orders and reduce delivery misuse.
